Boe was given up by his owner because he had to find an apartment and couldn't find one that he could afford that would let him have a dog. Boe is a great Beagle. He just loves adults. He needs a good forever home where he can be a loved dog, and have a good rest of his life. Let's give Boe a chance. Boe is back because he thought the little children were his littermates. He wanted domination over them. 16 year olds or up. The former adoptor cried when she brought him back. Let's give Boe another chance. Boe is back again, same reason. He needs to go in a home with adults and/or older children. I'd say 16 and up where thet can alpha dog Boe. He listens very well to adults. When he barks or howls, all you have to do is yell "BOE STOP" and he does. can anyone help Boe! Boe is back... Why???? I guess the people just didn't want him anymore. He IS an escape artist. I didn't want him let out on his own. You know what I mean!
